The Provider Network Operations (PNO) staff offer the IPA/Medical Group’s provider network the following services:  Provider Orientations, Provider Education, Provider Complaints and Grievance Resolution (non-clinical).  Provider Relations staff will also advise providers in maintaining compliance with health plan requirements, including facility site reviews.
